Bologno, who plays attack, led the Ospreys in assists (24) and points (48) while also ranking second on the team in goals (24). He placed fourth in the Skyline Conference in assists (1.85 apg) and eighth in points (3.77 ppg). Bologno notched a pair of six-point games this season, against Neumann on March 28 and Maritime on April 7. Midfielder Mike Marino scored 16 goals and 10 assists for 26 points, fourth on the team, this season. He led Stockton and ranked third in the league in ground balls (74 GB/5.62 per game). Marino also took almost two-thirds of Stockton’s faceoffs and registered a .608 winning percentage on draws. Joe Marino earned his second consecutive selection to the All-Skyline Second Team as a defender. He led the Ospreys with 34 caused turnovers and stood second on the team behind his brother with 45 ground balls. Marino anchored a Stockton defense that ranked fourth in the conference with a 9.20 goals against average. He also dished two assists on offense. Muchanic repeated as an All-Skyline Honorable Mention after switching positions this season. He earned all-conference honors as a long-stick a year ago before shifting to defense in 2007. Muchanic was second on the team behind Joe Marino with 22 caused turnovers, and he also scooped 34 ground balls and tallied one assist for the Ospreys. |
