| Jon Heck, MS, ATC- Associate Director

 I
graduated from William Paterson Univerisity in 1989 (it was just
a college back then) with a BS in Movement Science/ Athletic Training
and Minors in Literature and Psychology. I earned my Master's
Degree at the University of Florida in 1991 in Exercise and Sports
Science/ Athletic Training/ Sports Administration (Good Fun).
I then jumped on board here in '91. In 2008 I made the transition
from Coorinator of Athletic Training to Associate Director of
Athletics and Recreation. Since my start at Stockton I have published
14 athletic injury related articles
(but who's counting). I have presented at a several sports
medicine symposiums, including the International Symposium on
Head and Neck Injuries in Sports, in Atlanta Georgia and the NATA
National Convention in New Orleans. I was an editor for
Current Concepts in Sports Medicine from 1993-96.
And I was an Associate Editor for the Journal Sports Medicine
Update through 2004. My favorite cartoon character?
Daffy Duck (... and I'm talking the old Daffy Duck's, before he
was Bug's lackey.)

 I
graduated from William Paterson University in 2003 with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Athletic Training. I earned my Master of
Arts degree In Counseling Psychology from Rider University in
2005 where I also worked as a graduate assistant in the Sports
Medicine Department. Before coming to Stockton, I was the Athletic
Trainer for the Atlantic City Surf Minor League Baseball Organization.
I joined Stockton’s Athletic Training Services during
the Spring of ’07. I reside in Absecon with my husband,
James and our golden retrievers, Jack and Jill. We welcomed
our first child, James, into the world on March 24, 2011.

Chris Klenk, MEd, ATC,

 I
graduated from Temple University with a BS in Phys. Ed. concentrating
in Athletic Training in 1990 and a MEd in the same degree in
1993. After undergraduate studies, I worked for a clinic in
Philadelphia which contracted me out to Cheltenham High School.
After the clinic was bought and sold 4 times in 8 years, I decided
to work solely in the academic setting. I was the part time
Athletic Trainer at Washington Township High School from January
2000 to June 2002. I started here at Stockton in August 2002.
I am also an Adjuct Professor at Rowan University. I am married
to Shawn who is also an Athletic Trainer and we have three children,
Taylor born August 1997, Jessie born July 2000 and Max born

I received my Athletic Training degree from East Stroudsburg
University and have been practicing since 1996. I then returned
to school and obtained my Master of Physical Therapy Degree
from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2002. While
attending school I was also a graduate assistant in the athletic
training department. I am currently working fulltime as a
physical therapist for Go PT in Galloway, NJ and staying out
of trouble by working parttime at Stockton. (on the right
in the photo)
I enjoy almost all sporting everts and a good competitive
battle is always good to watch. My favorite athletes include,
Joe Montana, Steve Young, Andre Agassi, and Derek Jeter. I
enjoy following Duke Basketball and Coach K, even though soccer
was my sport during school. I played 3 years of collegiate
soccer until tearing my ACL. In my spare time I enjoy dabbling
in the game of golf, and spending time with family and friends.

 I
graduated from Salisbury University in 2003 with a BS degree
in Athletic Training. While attending Salisbury University I
was fortunate enough to work at the Richard Stockton University
as a 3 month intern as part of the athletic training curriculum.
After graduating, I moved back to my hometown to work as the
Head Athletic Trainer at Egg Harbor Township High School from
2003-2006. I went on to earn my Masters of Science degree (2008)
in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. While
living in Pittsburgh, I was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer
for the Pittsburgh Panthers Football team. I once again have
returned to my roots to work for The Stockton Ospreys to diversify
my experience outside of football. Though if there is talk of
starting a football team here….SIGN ME UP!! I enjoy college
football, golf, shooting pool, and spending time with my wife
Anne (Stockton PT ’05) and dog Basher.

| Before football meant anything, I attended and
graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a
BS in Exercise Science and Sports Studies (‘90). I went
on to Master Science at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA
(’92) where they didn’t even play football until this
year. My Athletic Training career started at football crazed Woodrow
Wilson High School in Camden (1992 – 2000) and continued
part time at equally football-centric Cherokee High School in
Marlton (2001-2004). Exhausted from all that football, I decided
to become a full time stay at home dad for my three daughters
– Molly, Ellen and Anna. I’m easing my way back into
Athletic Training with this cozy little job at Richard Stockton
College. If there’s any talk of starting a football team
here, I QUIT!
I live in Marlton with my wife Nancy and the girls. In my spare
time I like golf, hiking, listening to ‘70s and ‘80s
punk and new wave bands you’ve never heard of and, of
course, watching football on TV.

| I received my undergraduate degrees in Exercise
Physiology and Sports Medicine from East Carolina University…PIRATES!
After graduation, I moved back home and enrolled at Rowan University.
I graduated in 1998 with a MA in Student Personnel Services,
otherwise known as Counseling. I then spent the next two exciting
years as the Certified Athletic Trainer at St. Joseph High School
in Hammonton NJ and for the past ten years with the Winslow
Twp. School District. Stockton College hired me the fall semester
of 2009 and I have enjoyed every minute of it. There is so much
excitement and passion within the college athlete and I look
forward to spending more time with the Stockton athletes and
the Athletic Training Staff. I live in Medford, with my two
dogs, Reese and Knuckles. In my limited spare time I live life
to the absolute fullest and during the summer, my toes are buried
in the sand of Sea Isle City’s 44th St. beach. Go Ospreys!

I graduated from Gettysburg College in the Spring
of 1997 with a degree in Health and Exercise Sciences with an
emphasis in Athletic Training. After spending a year as a graduate
assistant in Temple University Hospital's Department of Orthopaedic
Surgery and Sports Medicine, I was hired by Kessler Memorial
Hospital to provide athletic training services to the Delsea
Regional School District. After serving about 4 years as Kessler's
Director of Athletic Training Services, I was then hired outright
by Delsea, where I've served as the District Athletic Trainer
and Assistant to the Athletic Director since the fall of 2004.
My wife Kim and I have been married since 2001. We have three
great kids, Elizabeth, Kevin and Bobby. In what spare time I
have, I enjoy jogging, weight training, and reading. I'm also
a fan of local high school sports.

I’m a graduate of West Chester University
with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Physical
Education and Athletic Training. My career as a Certified Athletic
Trainer has taken me too many cool and exciting places. I had
the opportunity to work here at Stockton back in the day. That’s
when the Training Room was a closet in the basement of J-Wing.
Jon Heck has brought this program a long way. I developed and
operated the first Sports Medicine Clinic in this part of South
Jersey. Atlantic Shore Sports Medicine which later became Pat
Croce’s Sports Physical Therapist. I worked as an Athletic
Trainer through the 90’s with The United States Olympic
Committee which gave me the chance to work the Olympic Games
in Atlanta in 1996. After the Olympics I followed Pat Croce
and helped to bring the Philadelphia 76ers Basketball Team back
to contention for the NBA Championship. Shaq & Kobe crushed
us in the finals but what a ride!! After the Sixers years I
returned back to this area, started a web based ice cream business
which we took public, then I returned back to the profession
of Athletic Training which is my true passion. And also back
to the Richard Stockton College where it all started many moons
ago. My wife Beverlee and I have lived in Somers Point, NJ since
the beginning where we raised our 3 children who are now adults.

 I
began at Stockton on a part-time basis in September of 1998.
I graduated from West Chester University in 1989 with a BS in
Health, PE and Athletic Training. I was the Head Athletic Trainer
at Delsea Regional High School from 1989 through 1998. I have
been an athletic trainer for the NJSIAA Wrestling Championships
every year since 1992. I am currently employed full-time as
a Heath and Physical Education Teacher at Delsea Regional. I'm
married to Gabrielle Chinnici and we have a son, Matthew, born
on April 23,1997 and a daughter, Mariana, born on March 22,
2000. I am currently the coach of my son¹s soccer team,
the Pittsgrove Pumas and my daughter¹s soccer team, the
Pittsgrove Piranhas. Due to the crazy schedule of coaching and
being on the secretary of the Pittsgrove Soccer Club and on
the board of trustees of the Elmer Swim Club (where my children
swim in the summer), I have greatly reduced my hours working
at Stockton. Hopefully when the smoke clears I¹ll be back
working more hours at Stockton.
