All athletes must have their physical completed at Stockton unless given permission to do otherwise by the Coordinator of Athletic Training.

1st Year Athletes (This includes transfers)
•Complete Physical
•Orthopedic Screening

Any 1st year athletes that get their physical during the summer at Stockton will only get the orthopedic screening if they fail established "Red Flag" criteria.


All Returning Athletes (Determined by number of years playing at Stockton)
•Abbreviated Physical (completed by Health Services nursing staff)
